What is the Cost Awareness tool?
This tool provides savings insights by helping you understand the cost difference between home charging, public charging, and gasoline. Use it to see how your charging choices and location preferences impact your overall monthly expenses.
How do I update my information?
Your score reflects your most recent charging patterns and tracks trends over time. Even small adjustments to your charging preferences or how you manage charging can improve your efficiency and reduce costs.
Why does my score change?
You can edit your vehicle or charging details in My Account at any time during the pilot for testing and validation purposes. Your TRC Score™ will automatically refresh to reflect your latest information after you save your changes.
